The company is an umbrella company to combine Cartier, Alfred Dunhill, Montblanc, Piaget, Baume & Mercier, Karl Lagerfield, Chloe, Sulka, Hackett, Seeger.
The company owns a unique portfolio of the world's best known luxury brands including jewellery, watches, writing instruments, leather goods, menswear and accessories, fragrances, lighters. The company comprises the luxury goods businesses of Dunhill and Luxco S.A.
